Here’s what’s new at the studio:

✨ Assisted Stretching

Tailored to your unique needs, assisted stretching improves flexibility, releases tension, and promotes better movement patterns. These sessions include a physical assessment, customized stretch plan, and optional add-ons like aromatherapy, red light therapy, and heated eye masks—all in a calming, supportive environment.

✨ Ongoing Stretching Sessions

Following your initial assessment, we offer flexible follow-up sessions that vary in length based on your needs. These are designed to support continued progress, mobility, and overall well-being.

✨ The Relaxation Package

This signature experience includes 20 minutes on our heated therapy table with a heated blanket, a massaging heated eye mask, red light therapy, soothing essential oils, and the calming sound of Native American flutes—followed by 10 minutes in our red light sauna. It’s the perfect way to restore your energy and unwind fully.
